Garleton Singers Summer Concert 2022

Our annual summer concert will be on Saturday 11th June 2022 at 7.30pm at St Mary's Parish Church, Haddington. We will be performing the Haddington Psalms, Gloria by Chilcott, I was Glad by Parry, My Spirit sang all day by Finzi.

As part of our 50th Anniversary The Haddington Psalms has been written for us by one of our members, Nigel Don. It features Choir, Brass ensemble, Organ and Percussion and, over its 30 minutes running time, expresses the full range of human emotions found in the Book of Psalms, from the depths of despair to rejoicing and hope; culminating in a joyous finale.
