Fefa (Josefa Gómez Quilez), Almansa (Albacete), is a leading Flamenco dancer from Spain and founder of Escuela de baile, Alicante. Fefa Gómez, through her distinguished career as choreographer and dancer has performed and been touring with her own flamenco company across Spain and internationally in countries such as Australia, Germany and Japan amongst others. As well, Fefea teaches at the prestigious Cante de las Minas. Joining Fefa in Dunoon are her esteemed colleagues: dancer, Cristóbal Muñoz, Córdoba, Spain; guitarist, José Manuel Martínez, Alicante, Spain; singer, José Manuel Martínez, Alicante, Spain.
Fiddle-icious, Maine USA’s largest fiddle orchestra presents an amazing performance of traditional tunes, dances, and songs passed down from their local Scottish, Irish, Quebecois, and Acadian ancestors. Under the direction of Don Roy, this wonderful group keeps musical traditions alive and thriving. As an exciting bonus, Fiddle-icious will be joined by Dunoon’s own Cowal Fiddle Workshop.
