Fewi Walk - Platinum Jubilee Walk

Meeting at Liverpool Street Station at 10am, we will travel by underground to Westminster and walk to Buckingham Palace where you will witness the Guard Change (if scheduled this day) and be given an explanation of the history of Buckingham Palace and its day-to-day workings. From here witness the new Cavalry Guard making its way along to Horse Guards. We shall stroll along The Mall passing Clarence House and the historic St James’ Palace. We continue along to the area of St James highlighting some historic shops that for generations have been used by the Royal Family and make our way from St James to Trafalgar Square where the history of this famous square (the centre of London) will be explained. We finally finish back to Westminster to hear the history of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the connections with the Royal Family.
