Join us on St. Nicholas Day for a workshop making edible Christmas gifts and treats. Homemade gifts are a thoughtful way to celebrate friendship and family, and are good fun to make.

We’ll introduce the workshop with a glass of mulled wine or juice.

Demo and tasting…

Homemade Cake Mix Jar. We’ll show you how to make a homemade Gingerbread mix of this rich, moist cake to gift in jar.

After the demo you’ll be making..

A cheeseboard cracker selection: Make your own traditional oatcakes and elevate them with a range of flavourings. A perfect gift for a party.

Pfeffernüsse: Traditional biscuits from Germany lightly spiced with the flavours of Christmas: nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. They can be gifted and enjoyed throughout the festive season.

Recipes can be adapted for Vegetarian and Vegan menus. Please let us know when you are booking.

This is a hands-on cooking class. All food made can be taken away and enjoyed at home.

The workshop will be delivered by Samantha Wells of Random Dining. Sam works with Greener Kirkcaldy, has vast cooking experience, and she is passionate about creating food and sharing her skills.

Some cooking skills are required to enjoy this workshop i.e. basic knife skills. Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you are booking.
