Father's Day Creative Drawing Workshop

Local Highgate artist Xanthe Burdett will lead a 1h portrait and nature drawing workshop for kids and their father figures showing different techniques and giving tips. Come and choose your favourite spot in the garden and get a site-specific portrait from your children, and have a go at portraying them back.

Xanthe Burdett is a London based visual artist and facilitator working across painting, drawing and text. A degree in Education from Cambridge University and her research into how young people experience and interact with the natural world is central to her facilitation practice. Her work has been exhibited with the Royal Institute of Oil painters (2020) and longlisted for the Royal Society of Portrait Painters annual exhibition (2021).
