Fanny Lumsden

2x ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) and 9x CMAA (Country Music Association of Australia) Golden Guitar winner Fanny Lumsden's shows are one of a kind. Alongside her band The Prawn Stars, Fanny has “established herself as one of the genre's most esteemed performers” (The Australian), honing her craft in hundreds of halls on her annual ‘Country Halls Tour’ all the way to her first UK show; a packed-out Avalon Stage at Glastonbury.

Having grown up on a sheep and cropping farm and spending most of her time touring regional Australia in a caravan, Fanny’s songs are born of the red dirt, the snowy mountains, and all the people in between. She’s a farmer, a volunteer firefighter, and a highly acclaimed singer songwriter, with her 4th studio album 'Hey Dawn' having taken out the 2023 ARIA for best country album (presented by Dolly Parton) and debuting at #1 on the Australian album ARIA charts, making this her second album in a row to crack the global top ten.

Fanny is continuing to break the rules and confirming herself as "undoubtedly the brightest new (country) star of the current era" (Capital News).  Following up her "breakthrough" album 'Fallow', which took out an ARIA, 5x Golden Guitars and AIR (Australian Independent Record Labels assoc) country album of the year, Fanny is widely known for her regional country halls tour.
