Evolve Technique Dance Class - Term 1

This Contemporary dance technique class builds strength, stamina, and coordination with an emphasis on floor work and finding fluidity in movement. Challenging everyone on an individual level, this session is particularly suitable for anyone looking to develop their contemporary dance technique. If you are aged between 11-19, come along and have a go, no experience of contemporary dance necessary. Classes are a progressive route into Evolve, our advanced level Contemporary Youth Dance Company.

Classes take place at OneNK, North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9AX and run-in term time only. Classes run on Thursdays 4-5pm.
