Dance North Youth Company aims to create, perform and tour bold, imaginative and experimental work, bringing together some of Moray’s most courageous young dancers with professional choreographers.
The company meets on a weekly basis and for intensive weeks throughout the year to develop their technical skills, explore and engage in collaborative devising processes. Company members will also attend performances, open studio opportunities with Dance North resident artists and workshops with visiting artists, where possible.
Sessions take place at Moray Sports Centre every Friday afternoon. Occasionally sessions take place in other locations but you will be notified in advance if this is the case. Class time is 2pm – 5pm, from 19 August to 24 June (with no class on 3 June).
