Children’s Classic Concerts: Django’s Journey

Join Children’s Classic Concerts for a captivating journey to explore how gypsy jazz began…with a very special guest: Django the Cat! Django will tell us all about his travels – from the vibrant colours of India, to the pyramids of Egypt, through the countryside of Eastern Europe and cobbled streets of Spain and France. Accompanying Django on this jazz-pedition will be the award-winning songstress and fiddler, Seonaid Aitken, and her band, Rose Room.

This inspiring, interactive and inventive concert is perfect for 4–12-year-olds and their families and is sure to have everyone (whether they are 4 or 94) dancing in the aisles. So come along for a jam-packed hour of toe-tapping tunes! Maybe at the end of it we’ll realise that “everybody wants to be a cat”…!
