Of Shoes and Ships and Sealing Wax well maybe not sealing wax (yet!), but this entertaining singer-songwriter and skilful guitarist's repertoire does indeed talk of many things. Charlie's set moves through modern, trad, funny, serious and sad - from sharply observational to movingly heartfelt. An engaging, tuneful hour for sure.
