Details

Music to celebrate the season of Whitsun, including Tallis's dramatic motet 'Loquebantur variis linguis', woven between movements of Palestrina's 'Missa Papae Marcelli', Members of Cambridge Renaissance Voices, directed by Rupert Preston Bell, first met singing in the Cambridge Taverner Choir, and have a deep experience of the music of this period. They perform three or four concerts a year, typically in East Anglia and the South of England. This is their first visit to Tunbridge Wells.
