An exhilarating evening of music celebrating the greatest songwriting partnerships of Broadway such as Rodgers & Hammerstein, Stephen Sondheim, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and more. The first half of the concert pays tribute to the golden era of musical theatre, with the Choir performing much-loved pieces from South Pacific, The King and I, The Sound of Music, and Oklahoma. The Chamber Choir will take centre stage with a beautifully crafted Sondheim selection, featuring arrangements from West Side Story, Sweeney Todd and more. The second half celebrates more recent Broadway triumphs, including Wicked and Les Misrables. Audiences can also enjoy an Andrew Lloyd Webber selection, featuring beloved songs from Phantom of the Opera and more. Adding to the evenings magic, a special interlude will showcase a stunning piano and vocal performance, providing an intimate and reflective moment. The choir will be accompanied by West-End pianist Adam Blosse and conducted by its musical director Rebekah Abbot.
