Brass Spectacular with the Easington Colliery Band & special guests

A century of brass band tradition, including tributes to the legendary James Shepherd.

A first and highly-anticipated visit to The Fire Station by Easington Colliery Band who have long been one of the most successful brass bands in the North East of England.

See and hear this famous County Durham band perform their favourite music from throughout their long history and tradition. Musical Director, Stephen Malcolm, will guide you through the evening of traditional pieces, soloists and guaranteed crowd-pleasers.

They will be including their own tribute to the late great James Shepherd with world-class guest cornet soloist Roger Webster playing some of Jim’s most famous solos.
