Beer & East Coast Cured Charcuterie Pairing

Charcuterie is a specific term with origins reaching as far back as 15th century France; literally translated, it means the products of a fancy pork butcher. We decided to pair some delicious charcuterie, from East Coast Cured, with our fabulous beers. Enjoy 4 half pints of Bellfield draught beer, 4 delicious cured meats along side some crackers. One of the team will take you through the malts and hops used in making each beer and how they compliment each meat.
