Bay City Rollers

It’s time to turn the town tartan!

The Deacons Court proudly presents the Bay City Rollers in concert. Scotland’s original boy band, selling over 300 million albums worldwide, the Bay City Rollers attracted fans of all ages and a phenomenon known as Rollermania sweep across the globe.

The evening will see Bay City Roller legend, Stuart ‘Woody’ Wood, bring together a powerful group of musicians who embody the essence of the original band. Be prepared to partyto the ‘Shang-a-lang’ sound of the music!!

The evening is supported by local maestro Malcolm Dougall, who as a young boy, together with his older brothers starred on Hughie Green’s Opportunity Knocks TV show. The brothers went on to record a single of ‘Cuckoo-Ka-Choo’ and their own song ‘Railroad Boy’ at the famous Abbey Road Studios. Malcolm is a superb keyboard vocalist and a few guest artists will appear alongside him on the night.
