Ballet be fit is an innovative dance class that is based on the fundamentals of classical ballet. The class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the muscles using high reps of low impact exercises. The class is open to all with no dance experience necessary. Ballet fitness is designed to engage people with ballet who may not otherwise have had an opportunity to do so. Jo concentrates on posture and core strength and use a range of different music throughout.
This term will be for 4 weeks on the following dates: 11:00am – 12:00 noon September: 15, 22, 29 October: 6
Please bring a mat for stretches if possible or a towel if you do not own a mat.
