Our classic Italian cookery class will see you cooking a 3-course feast from scratch before enjoying the fruits of your labour in our relaxed dining area.
Typical menu:
Gnocchi with porcini mushrooms in a creamy white wine sauce Braised cross-cut lamb shank in a rich pomodoro sauce served with seasonal greens and a runny parmesan polenta Aubergine rolls with a ricotta and spinach filling braised in a rich pomodoro sauce served with a runny parmesan polenta (Vegetarian option)
Included in this session: 3 hour professional cookery tuition, ingredients, equipment, protective apron and mineral water throughout, includes a glass of wine, beer or soft drink with dinner.
