"It is wedding night in the palace of King Shahrayar. By morning, the new Queen Shaharazad is to be put to death like all the young brides before her. The queen proceeds to tell a dazzling array of tales including Ali Baba and Es Sindibad the Sailor in order to captivate the King, stories that will take audiences to magical worlds populated by giant beasts, talking birds, devilish ghouls and crafty thieves.
