UK Pride

Southampton has been chosen to host the UK's Pride event in 2027.

The city will stage the festival, which celebrates the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBTQ+) community, over the weekend.

The city was successful in its bid to host the free event which is set to feature a national Pride march through the city centre and performances from drag artists and musicians.Our free community Pride Parade is the highlight of the event, making its way through the City Centre, through the city’s historic Bargate, before heading back to the event site.

Our fantastic pride parade, taking over the streets of the city centre featuring dozens of charities and business, and hundreds of LGBTQ+ community supporters showcasing our pride throughout the city.30+ vendors, 60+ Acts, 17k+ people.
