Here are the things we get asked most often.
How much does it cost to sell tickets on Enjoy?
5% of the gross order value — all payment fees and VAT are included. You only pay when you actually make a sale. Free events always cost £0.
When do I get paid?
Monthly payout as standard, based on sales after the event has taken place. If you want more frequent payouts (weekly or faster) you can request this — an additional fee applies.
Which payment methods are supported?
We use Stripe as our payment provider. Your customers can pay by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay in one checkout.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
The platform fee is the same — 5% all-in. Pro unlocks accommodation (cottages, rooms and apartments), SMS and email marketing, white-label embed on your own website, accounting export, advanced analytics and priority support.
What documentation do I get for my accounts?
You receive two reports for each payout: (1) a sales overview with a full breakdown of all orders, and (2) an invoice from Enjoy! with fees already deducted. That gives you both the income record and the cost document ready for bookkeeping.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?
No. You can downgrade from Pro to Basic any time, and you can delete your account at any time. We believe the product should stand on its own merits.
How quickly can I get started?
You can have your first event published in around 5 minutes. Create an account, add your event details, set up payments and share the link — and you're ready to go.
How do you handle refunds?
Refunds are straightforward as long as payout has not yet been processed — you can refund all or part of an order directly from the organiser dashboard. After payout, the organiser must handle the refund manually with the customer.
