Whether it’s enchilada, quesadillas or empanadas, there really is a dish for everyone! Like many other cuisines, the best traditional Mexican food will always be found in the home.

Here’s your chance to do the same and learn a wide range of Mexican staples! Each student will have their own work station, equipment and ingredients to work with.
