AFTERNOON CLINIC (13:30-19:15)The start is the only part of the race where every swimmer begins with exactly the same opportunity. What you do next makes all the difference.Pool Session
Spend time in the pool with Adam Ramsay-Peaty and Luke Greenbank as they break down the dive start and backstroke start. You will learn the key movements that create speed from the very first moment of the race. From body position and reaction to underwater momentum and breakout timing, swimmers will develop a greater understanding of how the world's best athletes consistently gain an advantage before the race has truly begun.Designed to be highly practical and engaging, this session combines technical coaching, progressive drills and race-focused challenges to help swimmers immediately improve one of the most important skills in competitive swimming.Strength & Conditioning Session
Fast starts require far more than good technique.
