Like the moon & the tides, returns night after night after night after night after nightSongs from the Shore is a new folk gig theatre show about the South Devon coast - its landscapes, its people & its stories.Inspired by the experiences of those living near and belonging to the coast as well as its raw natural beauty, Songs from the Shore mixes live music with real stories and imagined fables, exploring the challenges and joys of living coastally in the context of an ecologically collapsing world.Be swept along the South Devon coastline on a tide of salt-soaked songs and newly spun fables. This is where the spirit of the shore rises to meet us.This production is written, produced and performed by Running Dog Theatre CIC, supported by Doorstep Arts, and commissioned by South Devon National Landscape, as part of its National Lottery Heritage Fund supportedLife on the Edge Project.There are additional performances in Kingsbridge (10th Oct) and Modbury (16th Oct).
