Jazz Jamaica bring their unmistakable fusion of Caribbean rhythms and jazz for a special Windrush Day celebration.Honouring those who arrived aboard the HMT Empire Windrush in 1948, this is a tribute to a generation that reshaped Britain’s culture, identity and sound.Formed in 1991, bassist and bandleader Gary Crosby - nephew of Ernest Ranglin - created a project rooted in heritage and forward motion, reworking jazz standards alongside Jamaican folk traditions.Decades on, they remain one of the UK’s most joyful live acts - a celebration of rhythm, community and legacy.Presented by The Jazz Cafe.This is an 18+ event
