Studio 1A: Boyds Shop by St John Ervine presented by Bangor Drama Club

Set in the fictional Ards Peninsula town of Donaghreagh,Boyd's Shop is the story of life in and around a small grocery shop where everyone knows your name and your business. The shop has been in Andrew Boyd's family for many generations and life there has gone on peacefully for years.
The arrival in the town of two ambitious newcomers causes much gossip and speculation and that peaceful existence suddenly seems at risk. Friendships will be threatened and futures rewritten.
Boyd's Shop is a gently humorous play with a love story woven into the plot.Please note latecomers (i.e. those attempting to enter the auditorium after the scheduled start time of the performance) or audience members who leave the auditorium during a performance may be asked to wait in the foyer until an appropriate moment in the performance to admit them to the auditorium.
If there is no appropriate moment or admittance will cause disruption, latecomers may be refused admission.
