Soundbath: A Ritual of Stillness

Beneath the high arches of a 19th-century neo-Gothic sanctuary, this 90-minute soundbath offers a quiet place to stop and rest.

Gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells unfold through the natural reverb of the space while you lie down and listen.

No experience or skill is needed.Bring a mat and a blanket if you have them — a few spares are available.

Chairs are available for anyone who would rather not be on the floor.The sanctuary is upstairs, but there is a lift.
