Empire Fighting Chance - Box Champions (Boys - Referral Only)

Empire Fighting Chance: Box Champions is a targeted, referral-only session for boys who may benefit from structured physical activity and positive role modelling.
Delivered by trained coaches, the sessions use non-contact boxing and fitness activities as a tool to engage young people, build self-discipline and resilience, and support emotional regulation. Alongside physical training, young people are encouraged to develop confidence, respect, teamwork and healthy ways to manage anger and stress.
Sessions take place in a safe, supportive environment where clear boundaries are set and positive behaviour is reinforced. The programme is designed to support boys who may be experiencing challenges at home, school or in the community, and to help reduce the risk of anti-social or risk-taking behaviour.
