Matt Home DrumsDuelling Vibes will be an exceptional evening. American jazz legend Chuck Redd and UKs Nat Steele will present a concert detailing the history of the vibraphone in jazz. Tunes associated with legends including Milt Jackson and Lionel Hampton will be included.Chuck Redd is well-known internationally as a performer on drums and vibraphone. Nat Steele is one of the top vibraphonists in the UK. His 2017 album Portrait of the MJQ garnered rave reviews. He has recently released a follow-up album featuring Scott Hamilton.The world-class rhythm section is led by pianist Hugo Jennings. Hugh has developed a reputation for his playing and musical knowledge. London-born Lorenzo is known for his adaptability and is a regular member of Nats quartet. Matt is a frequent and very welcome visitor to the Club and has been described as combining the creativity of Max Roach with the swing of Art Blakey.
