Family Summer Steam Weekend!

Join us for a fun, action packed event for all the family at the Family Summer Steam Weekend at Abbey Pumping station!Recreating the atmosphere of a village Gala Day with a wide range of stalls, vintage vehicles on display and the chance to experience the majestic beam engines in steam.A fun family event with games to play, plenty to see, and even coal fired chips freshly made from our very own vintage chip van.The café will also be serving light refreshments.An array of vehicles will be on display in the grounds including the Leicester Museum’s collection of historic Fire Engines and buses.
