The Aizle Artist Collective is excited to announce its free summer exhibition entitled CUIR.

The Scots word CUIR means to cover, protect, or shelter.

It often appears in poetry or older literature in reference to shielding from the elements.

In this time of climate change, it seems an appropriate title.

It can also mean to heal, or mend, as a regional variant of the standard English word 'cure'.The Aizle Artist Collective consists of 7 artists who have distinctive yet complementary styles, creating a range of imaginative and fascinating artworks.

This exhibition presents more than 60 inspiring and imaginative artworks that include paintings, drawings, eco printing, mixed media, photography and artist books.
