Ricado Burt (Crack Magazine: I was there) - “They reminded me of how fresh and exciting underground artists could be”.6 piece instrumental outfit Tanhai Collective draw from Classic Soul Jazz and the jazzier end of post rock.
Their groove heavy utilises 70’s production and recording techniques for danceable, explosive and occasionally dubbed out tracks for fans of Donald Byrd or Badbadnotgood.Tanhai Collective is coming together to launch the album of band member Billy Hare whose debut album ‘Room 12a’ (releasing that week) will be a sound fans of Tanhai Collective will love.
