Lead Aln Practitioner Network Events / Digwyddiad Rhwydweithio I Ymarferwyr Ady Arweiniol

This training is available for childcare settings' named Lead ALN Practitioner only.
Lead ALN Practitioner events are held termly and are an opportunity to receive key messages and additional training that can then be disseminated to wider staff within your setting. During each Network Event, practitioners from across Swansea will come together to share best practise and explore and overcome challenges together with the ALN Team. There will also be the opportunity to hear from guest speakers who will provide training and workshops on a variety of topics.Mae'r hyfforddiant hwn ar gael i leoliadau gofal plant a chanddynt Ymarferydd ADY Arweiniol a enwir yn unig.
Cynhelir digwyddiadau i Ymarferwyr ADY Arweiniol bob tymor ac maent yn gyfle i dderbyn negeseuon allweddol a hyfforddiant ychwanegol y gallwch eu trosglwyddo i staff ehangach yn eich lleoliad. Yn ystod pob digwyddiad rhwydweithio, bydd ymarferwyr o bob rhan o Abertawe yn dod at ei gilydd i rannu arfer gorau ac archwilio a goresgyn heriau gyda'r tim ADY. Bydd hefyd gyfle i glywed gan siaradwyr gwadd a fydd yn darparu hyfforddiant a gweithdai ar amrywiaeth o bynciau.
