The Odd Couple

By Neil SimonDirected by Anna ReynoldsA comedyOlive and her group of friends are enjoying their weekly evening of Trivial Pursuits in Olive’s messy and ill-equipped apartment.

As the game continues, Florence arrives, fresh from being dumped by her husband.

Florence is in such a state of distress that Olive invites her to move in as her room mate.

However Olive and Florence have VERY different personalities! Whereas Olive is messy and untidy, Florence is a tad OCD in terms of hygiene and orderliness, where everything has to be spotlessly clean and tidy and in its place at all times...

Olive’s easy-going personality soon clashes with Florence’s neurotic tendencies and their friendship is tested to its limits. This amateur production of The Odd Couple (Female Version) is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd on behalf of Samuel French Ltd. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk
