We launch our 2026-27 season in vibrant style with a programme full of colour, charm, and rediscovery featuring works by Farrenc, Handel and Dvorak.We open with Mendelssohn's overture to a Midsummer nights dream, followed by Dvorak's richly evocative Czech Suite.

After the interval, Handel's elegant Concerto Grosso Op. 6 No. 7 brings Baroque brilliance before Louise Farrenc's powerful and unjustly overlooked Symphony No. 1 in C provides a thrilling and triumphant finale.
