David Hermlin Trio

DAVID HERMLIN, LORENZO BALDASSO and SASCHA KOMMER- three excellent young swing musicians from Berlin, Milan and Stuttgart...A singer and drummer, a clarinetist and a pianist. All three love american swing from the thirties, all three are virtuosos on their instruments. With its new program "Swinging The Town", the DAVID HERMLIN TRIO is reminiscent of the great combo line-ups of the swing era, above all the revolutionary Benny Goodman Trio with pianist Teddy Wilson and drummer Gene Krupa. The musicians around DAVID HERMLIN refrain from attempting to copy their role models, but develop their very own, lively style. There is music, singing and even dancing.Presented by Under The Sun.This is an 18+ event
