Alan Barnes is a prolific international performer, composer, arranger, bandleader and touring soloist.He is best known for his work on the clarinet, alto sax and baritone sax, where he combines formidable virtuosity with a musical expressiveness and collaborative spirit that have few peers.He has released more than thirty albums as a leader and co-leader and his session and sideman credits include Björk, Bryan Ferry, Michel Legrand, Clare Teal, Westlife, Jools Holland and Jamie Cullum.
