Reclaim Festival: Body Writes

'Body Writes – Creative Space' micro retreat and workshop at Reclaim Festival 2026 with Ceri Baker, former Bard of Exeter.2 hours of no-pressure creative writing prompts, poetry, yoga stretch, sound and gong bath, space and gentle sharing.

With Chai, sweet treats, self-massage, to find creative space, nurture, rest and calm.Ceri Baker has developed a practice called 'Body Writes', combining accessible yoga, breath work and music to support writing from an 'Embodied' place.Whatever your needs, you are very welcome to join this workshop.
