A packed line-up of live music from Irish artists as part of our programming for the Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026.

The lineup and bios of each artist is listed below:MÚLÚ (Miadhachlughain O’Donnell) is a 26 year-old singer and multi-instrumentalist from Castlewellan, Co.

Down.

She is a fluent Irish speaker with a great interest in curating and performing songs in Irish, and also a keen interest in the folk song tradition.As a solo artist, she accompanies her voice with the shruti box - an Indian instrument similar to the harmonium - and sings traditional Irish songs in their language of origin.

She is also a flute player (an All-Ireland champion at the age of 15) and adds this her repertoire when performing with her trio.Lonesome George have emerged from Belfast’s session scene with an exciting fusion of traditional tunes and contemporary songwriting that lends an immediacy to their sound that is rare to find.SHAMROCK SHOWBAND are a psychedelic country and Irish band consisting of Conor McAuley (DUG) on fiddle, Jamie Bishop (MUCKNO, Jinx Lennon) on guitar, samplers and synthesizers and Joel Harkin (Pedal & Lever Society) on pedal steel guitar.

They hail from the border counties of Louth (Dundalk), Monaghan (Castleblaney) and Donegal (Convoy) respectively.Unequal parts Irish country & western, psychedelic, folk and punk, SHAMROCK SHOWBAND are paying homage to and trying to revive the Irish Showband era.

The Irish showband was a dance band format popular in Ireland from the 1950s to the 1980s.Though distinctly Irish in his storytelling and sense of melody, Lullahush’s music is unlike anything coming out of Ireland’s thriving music scene at the moment.

With songwriting influences as diverse as Leonard Cohen, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Colleen, Mica Levi and Floating Points, he synthesises the harsh machine sounds of electronic instruments with an earnest sensibility that humanises the glitches.

His upcoming album A City Made of Water and Small Love, like many other Irish works of art before it, is partly an homage to Dublin, its geographies and everyday idiosyncrasies.

Full of elegy and nostalgia for moments barely just passed, every beat of the kick drum is just as intentionally placed as a breath or lyric.This event is 18+
