A fun and flavour-filled experience for anyone looking to expand their cooking skills and bring the taste of India to their kitchen.Sample dishes: Samosa, Indian styled rice, Gajar ka halwaYour day begins at 9.45am in the Furnace Café, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee and have the chance to meet your fellow delegates and your chef.Your chef will introduce you to the class menu and talk you through how the day will run before you’re shown to your own workspace in our fully equipped Cookery School kitchen. With step-by-step tuition throughout, your chef will be on hand to guide and assist you, making the experience fun, relaxed and easy to follow - whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner.All ingredients, aprons and drinks are provided throughout the class, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a container for taking your delicious creations home.By the end of the class, you’ll leave with new cooking skills, recipe notes and the dishes you’ve prepared yourself to enjoy at home.This is a full day course, running from 9.45am until 4.00pm.
