Uncle Vanya by Anton Chekhov, adapted by Andrew Bacon

In rural Russia, Vanya manages the estate of his late sisters husband, Professor Serebryakov, alongside his niece, Sonya. The professor, now retired, returns to the estate with his young, beautiful wife, Yelena, disrupting the quiet lives of Vanya, Sonya, and the local doctor, Astrov. Tensions reach boiling point and explode in combination of comedy and tragedy that only Chekov is capable of.
