Join Laura Loft from Big Music Collective for an exciting week of fun, creativity, and hands-on music-making! No musical experience or know-how is needed for this week.
It's all about fun, play, games and creativity – and making some new friends.Each day, the group will be joined by a special guest as they take you on a vibrant World Music Voyage, exploring unique instruments and musical traditions from across the globe.From African drumming and Brazilian samba to Hawaiian ukuleles, a cappella singing, and more, there's something new to discover every day.Music Week is perfect for young people who love to create, as well as those eager to try new instruments and styles in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No previous musical experience is required and all instruments are provided—just bring your enthusiasm!Each day includes engaging warm-up games, a specialist music workshop (featuring djembes, ukuleles, singing, or tuned percussion), and a collaborative afternoon of songwriting and music creation.
