Selkie: inWaves - Debut EP Launch

Glasgow musician and producer Selkie launches her debut EP, inWaves, with a special live performance at The Glad Cafe, three days ahead of its release on 28 August.Built around electric guitar, voice and atmospheric sound design, Selkie’s spacious music moves between ambient pop, electronic folk and experimental songwriting.

Her voice acts as both a melodic and textural presence.inWaves explores staying open inside uncertainty, noticing beauty while still within it, and allowing things to arrive, disappear and return without forcing them into shape.For this intimate launch concert, Selkie will perform a 60-minute set, featuring all six songs from the EP alongside other released and unreleased music.Special guest to be announced.
