Yorkshire History Conference

Following the highly successful 2025 conference New Light on Yorkshires Past the 2026 Yorkshire History Conference will take place on
This year we are working with the Historic Towns Trust to focus on Yorkshire Towns through the Ages. You can hear about towns and cities from across the county, from Sheffield to Scarborough, in different historical periods, and discuss how mapping can be used as a tool to represent these stories, as well as learning about the Trusts work in progress, work planned, and the use of the published maps in historical research - among much else.
The event will be happening at the Quaker Meeting House on Saturday 10th October in York.
