Hailed as "the ultimate feel-good band" and "the musical equivalent of a light at the end of the tunnel"., The Station are blasting through the UK grassroots scene with their raucous, uplifting brand of fresh rock 'n' roll.Channelling everything from pioneering 50s rock to the giants of the 60s and 70s, they fuse vintage vibes with modern energy to create a sound that is "distinctly fresh and recognisably their own." Starting as an unnamed trio in 2019, Leanne Clarke (vocals and keys), Phil West (cello and bass guitar) and Matt Wettone (drums and percussion) adopted the name "Cozy & The Dukes" in 2021 and were joined by Colin Andrews (guitars). They play songs by a wide range of artists, arranged to suit their own mellow jazzy style.They all live and work in the Alton and Basingstoke area and look forward to sharing their music at our event.
