Parsifal by Richard Wagner

One of the most ambitious operatic works ever written will be performed in a striking semi-staged concert version by the Mahler Players, bringing a work usually reserved for the world’s major opera houses to the Scottish Highlands.

The international cast is led by Sir John Tomlinson, widely regarded as one of the foremost Wagnerian basses of his generation.

The Mahler Players have built a reputation for delivering ambitious orchestral and operatic projects in the Highlands, working with a core of local musicians and collaborating with artists from across the UK and Europe.
