Last Orders

Last Orders by Daron CareyAlfie would like to tell you a story of working-class family life
Drinking culture and what happens when too much is not enough.
His unusual upbringing, where sensitivity was sacrilege
Began his battle with the bottle.
He wants to tell you he'll never drink again, but he's not sure he can.
Last Orders is an exploration of demons, but also a celebration of life.
Are we the result of what has happened to us?
Or are we what we choose to become?
Can we navigate towards hope?Last Orders by Daron Carey is a solo show both raw and eloquent in equal large measure.
An intimate story that explodes with ferocity, madness and humour.
Daron is a veteran of the spoken word scene bringing his vivid and emotional writing into theatre with Director Joyce Branagh.
