Join our Infant Massage session and learn gentle massage techniques to help strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
Infant massage can support relaxation, improve parent-baby interaction and provide a special opportunity to spend quality time together. The session is led in a warm and welcoming environment where parents and carers can learn new skills, meet other families and access support from Family Hub services.
This session is suitable for parents and carers with young babies and must be booked in advance.
