We welcome back renowned virtuoso Artur Pereira who will perform Beethoven's Piano Concerto no. 5 in E flat 'Emperor', named for its glorious beauty and majestic tunes.
We end with Tchaikovsky's epic Symphony no. 5 in E minor, its composition being enabled by his patron Countess Nadia von Meck, rounding the evening off with incredible power and passion and a triumphant finale full of ceremonial splendour.
