ALMA returns to Birmingham, taking over the incredible Rainbow Pub with its unique courtyard and intimate basement space for another journey into underground electronic music.
Created by Portuguese-born DJ and producer Igor Carmo after years performing on some of the biggest stages around the world, ALMA was born from a passion for music that connects people on a deeper level. Alma means Soul in Portuguese, a name chosen to reflect the belief that music should truly touch the soul.
More than just an event, ALMA is a growing community dedicated to supporting Birminghams local and upcoming talent while bringing together lovers of underground electronic sounds in an atmosphere built on freedom, connection, and self-expression.
Each ALMA event is carefully curated as a musical journey from beginning to end, with every edition exploring a different concept of groovy electronic music.
Expect a deep selection of Minimal, Progressive House, Deep Tech, and underground electronic rhythms inspired by the energy and spirit of the European dance floor culture.
