Anna Dyson's Meet the Artist Evening

"Going with the flow" the new cornerHOUSE exhibition runs from 8th November - 20th December 2026Come on 17 November to meet Anna.

She is an intuitive, abstract artist living in Kingston.

In her youth she studied Art at Richmond College but after struggling and being misunderstood with the academic side of the College course she turned her back on painting for approx 30 years.

Having been diagnosed with several neurodiverse conditions during adulthood, she was able to put this experience into context and rediscovered her love of painting.Anna finds painting helps her truly express herself and switch off from a world often wired for others.

Anna paints in acrylics on canvas intuitively working in a spontaneous style using colour to guide the form and not vice versa.

Anna is always surprised by her finished pieces as the paintings seem to paint themselves."My works are untitled until you give them a title whatever they inspire in you... the choice is yours"All proceeds to go to Fastminds.
